Louis Loizou is a London-based partner of Loizou & Co specializing in mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning. He previously worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup, Barclays Capital and Kleinwort Benson, while he was a financial analyst at the British Competition Commission and the Her Majesty’s Treasury.

He is the Chairman of the Hellenic Bankers Association-UK and Liveryman in the City of London. He is a graduate of Oxford University and the LSE.
